Maxcom in support of the benefit tournament under the motto “With love for the children and in tribute to the hero fathers”
We joined the charity campaign with the sum of BGN 2000.
The purpose of this sport events was to raise funds for the children whose fathers were killed in the line of duty. It was organized by the Syndical Federation of the Officers Serving in the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the participation of former and current officers employed in the system. The initiative started with one-minute silence in memory of those who were forever absent from the ranks of officers.
The tournament was held in the multifunctional complex at the Youth Center of Plovdiv by the Rowboat Channel where volleyball, football and table tennis tournaments took place.
This charity cause successfully raised the amount of BGN 625 per child, which was made happen thanks to the personal and corporate donations and contributions from the officers in the firefighting department and the penitentiary establishments and the Plovdiv Bar of Lawyers and Solicitors.
We express our most sincere admirations to the promoters of this campaign for their dedication, to the current police officers for their bravery to keep doing their job and to the children, to whom this initiative is directed because they teach us how to be strong.
